Diagnosis Breast Cancer ER+ PR- HER2 Negative

I chose to have a mastectomy at CMN Hospital, followed by 28 days of inpatient treatments. The whole experience was excellent. I am pleased with the results of the surgery. I do not have any pain or lymphedema. I am now 16 months cancer-free. I continue to use selected supplements, including some natural aromatase inhibitors, to address the ER+ aspect. The CMN doctors and staff are knowledgeable, competent, compassionate, and kind. They treat the whole person. The facility is a spotless, small, private hospital with emergency services, surgeons, cardiologists, etc. This is important for people who are very ill. A companion can stay in the room with the patient and receive meals (no extra charge). I went alone, and I felt loved and safe. Patients can follow up via Skype with Dr. Payan

Call and talk with them without fear of being pushed. I like that they did not pursue me like other facilities did after initial contact (CHIPSA Clinic Mexico was wrong about doing this). You can Skype with Dr. Payan to ask treatment and medical questions. He is a very talented doctor, honest, kind, and humble. Medical Condition Breast Cancer ER+ PR- HER2 Negative

Prior Treatment to CMN Hospital Radiation and Surgery

I've been cancer-free since 2011, all thanks to CMN Hospital! Their treatments were top-notch and given to me daily. And guess what? They even respect your privacy by offering closed doors. They provided everything in my private room - treatments, meals, snacks, you name it! Oh, and the best part? No extra charge for my companion, plus they even offered to do my laundry (I may have overpacked a bit, oops!).

The staff at CMN Hospital showed incredible compassion and kindness to me and my companion. The level of care I received went above and beyond my expectations. Let me tell you, bedside manner? They nailed it! And when it came to pain management for my bone metastasis, they provided the absolute best care. If you're reading this, here's my advice: 1) Check out their treatments on their website, 2) Watch their awesome videos, 3) Dive into their FAQs for more info. And hey, remember to meet the doctor on a video call to see if you vibe with them.

I am wishing whoever reads this complete healing and a speedy recovery!

Diagnosis Stage 4 Metastatic Male Breast Cancer, ER/PR + Her2-

Prior Treatment to CMN Surgery

Best decision ever. Didn’t know how to deal with this. Doctors wanted to cut me then use traditional drugs including chemo. Wasn't comfortable with them doing the same ole process with me. Not enough data on men.

CMN is so committed to taking care of people that Layne contacted my wife on Christmas Eve to set up a consultation.

Came to Dr. Payan and learned soooo much. Spiritual, mental, and physical health were all addressed. The team is experienced and has great bedside manners. They provided me with every treatment that they said they would. When I came home, I continued with most of the treatments that I did while there. I tried the top 2 commerically advertised hormone pills like on along with the natural treatments that I did at CMN. Hormone pills didn’t work. I continued natural treatments and doctor changed meds that target the gene. A year later my test results continue to improve. I don't have any throbbing pain from the trauma area, tumors are shrinking. I don't have, discomfort at night, I don't look sick, I actually am starting to feel like myself again.

There are no lies that something is going to magically happen. We have to find things that work for our personal body. I kept doing most of the therapies that CMN offered and I stayed "healthy" during the winter season. I believed that all of this has rebuild my immune system to fight this monster. I talk to Dr. Payne every month and during my most challenging times he always helped me get through.

Always have someone with you that can help in anyway possible. Wife came with me for my 6month refresher. She was having one of those big migraines and immediately the attention was on her. We all laughed cause Dr Payan said now "Who's the patient". The team took care of her then got me back to and my refesher. We had a good time, weather is great, people are friendly. Met a few more people that I stay in contact with.
CMN is a great place.

Diagnosis Stage 4 breast cancer mets to pleura

Prior Treatment to CMN None

Background: Initially diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2000. Had radical mastectomy with rebuilt breast. Told me I would not live through the year without Chemo and Radiation. I refused both. At one year, my antigen count was 10 (below 35 is considered cancer free). All I did in that year was alter my diet (vegetarian) and took Raw apricot kernels. In 2016 was in major car accident. The oncologist in 2017 said it probably awakened a dormant cell in in June 2017 I was diagnosed as stage 4 breast cancer with metastasis to Pleura.

This time it was inoperable and the doctor said he could do Chemo (which I had refused before) but it would not help for long if at all and my quality of life would deteriorate quickly. I went home very depressed. Eventually I started researching options and in late March, 2018 I discovered CMN Alternative Cancer Treatment Hospital in San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, Mexico (right across the border from Yuma, AZ.

I started the one month treatment program on April 3rd and spent the whole month in a private room receiving 13-15 different treatments daily - 7 days per week. Dr. Payan and all of the staff were fabulous, caring compassionate people. I have never had better care at any hospital in my entire life. Towards the end of my stay they performed an Autonomous Stem Cell Transplant, The cost of the entire stay was $39,000 US and you could even have someone stay in the private room with you, if you choose, including their food at no additional cost. While I was there I googled the cost in the US of Stem Cell transplant which fell in the range of $350,000 to $800,000! All of a sudden, the cost of the clinic became quite reasonable as just the co-pay and deductible in the US would have been more than that and would not include all of the other alternative treatments I received. I have been home from the clinic for 4 1/2 months. I will get my CT scan and blood work done at the six-month mark.

All I know is that I feel Great! I'm sure I am cancer free! You will not regret choosing this Clinic. It is the cleanest Hospital I have ever been in. Dr. Payan, Dr. Garcia, all of the nursing staff and even the kitchen staff are incredibly attentive. Staff are bi-lingual and the town is safe to walk in (even alone). I love everything about the entire experience!

Diagnosis Recurring Breast Cancer after initial lumpectomy

Prior Treatment Before CMN Lumpectomy

I went to CMN for treatment a year after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It came back after my first lumpectomy and spread to my lymph glands. I again went under the knife and they wanted to do chemo and radiation. I had seen too much as a nurse. My diet change over the past year wasn't enough. I spoke with Shannon with 'Angels for Shannon,' and she said CMNACT had more modalities than some other. Stem cell transplant was an essential treatment she stated. I was familiar with some of the other clinics as I had visited them when living in LA. I then researched programs in the US, Mexico, and Europe and found CMNACT offered more.

My husband and I traveled across country to Yuma, AZ. He (a retired police officer from Los Angeles) wanted to make sure that I would be safe due to the news reports of the crime and hordes of people flooding across the border from Mexico.
We spent the night in Yuma before starting my program at the hospital and saw none of that. Our car was parked at the airport with security. Hospital personnel came to pick us up. They spoke English fluently.

We never felt in danger crossing the border into Mexico or returning. We even took walks in the small town around the hospital. My husband said he felt more safe there than in Los Angeles where we lived most of our lives.

Hospital staff were professional and took care of me and my husband, working hard to do all the treatments. It was a very positive experience.
Six months later and I am excited to be returning to CMNACT on my own for three days for a booster and to see everyone who are like my family.
Three days ago two of my scans - A CT and MRI are negative for further rogue cell growth.
As a grandma I want to live, helping my grandchildren make it on this planet.

Diagnosis Triple Negative Breast Cancer Stage 4

Prior Treatment to CMN Chemotherapy

I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer in June 2016. One lymph node was involved, but many were removed during surgery. I underwent chemotherapy, a double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction, including nipple-sparing, and completed radiation by March 2017.

October 2017, I experienced a recurrence in my brain, specifically on the right side of the cerebellum. I underwent a craniotomy and received focused radiation treatment. Another instance occurred in 2018, with a small .5mm spot. I underwent Gamma knife treatment, but within a few months, multiple spots appeared, leading to whole brain radiation (which I wish I hadn't done). I then started taking the prap inhibitor Telezoparib and was clear for 2 years. However, recently, 1 or 2 spots measuring .3mm have reappeared.

Feeling tired of subjecting my body to conventional treatments, I came across Shannon Knight's interview with Chris Wark on Shannon’s site.  After reaching out to Shannon, I learned more about CMN and its potential benefits. It took me two years of contemplation, as I live in Dubai, and going to Mexico for a month seemed challenging. However, Shannon's experience and my Skype conversation with Dr. Payan left no doubt in my mind, and I decided to visit CMN in July 2021 for their 28-day program.

During my time at CMN, I was impressed by the exceptional care and compassion shown by the nurses, including Carlos, Erika, Itzel, and Ismael. The catering staff, Melva and Elenita, were also wonderful, as were Elma and Monica, who assisted patients with their additional needs and requirements. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Payan, who patiently answered all my questions and provided comfort and reassurance. I would also like to acknowledge Dr. Garcia, who covered for Dr. Payan when needed. The staff was available 24 hours a day (except when I took pictures with them), and the premises were meticulously clean, with thorough sanitization taking place 3-4 times a day.

My schedule at CMN was packed with 8-9 treatments from morning to late afternoon, keeping me occupied throughout the day. CMN was accommodating to my family members, allowing one of them to stay and eat for free in my room. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend CMN in St. Luis, Mexico, to any patient seeking alternative cancer treatment. Don’t delay like I did, please call their number and schedule a Skype consultation with Dr. Payan.

Diagnosis Breast Cancer

Prior Treatment to CMN None

After hearing my options for treatment in the US I decided to go directly to CMN for my cancer treatment. I could not be happier with the care I received there. My husband was able to stay in the room with me. Both of us have nothing but good to say. We were treated so well!I jumped into the protocol the very first day I was there. There’s not much free time. Days are filled with one treatment after another. I had a mastectomy after being there one week. I was very comfortable with everything and not nervous at all. The very next day I was back to the treatments.

Dr. Payan and his entire staff are wonderful, caring people. It’s obvious that everyone working there genuinely cares and truly believes in the work they’re doing there. When my 28 days were up, it was hard to leave and say our goodbyes to everyone. I look forward to going back for my 6 and 12 month check-ups and see everyone again.

I would highly recommend Dr. Payan and CMN Hospital to anyone who doesn’t want to take the chemo/radiation route for their cancer treatment. You do have options!

Diagnosis AML leukemia tumors on brain

Prior Treatment to CMN Chemotherapy

Wow! Upon arriving, I was in a wheelchair, had blurred vision, and was basically incoherent. I was greeted by Dr. Payan the moment I came through the door. I was terrified of coming because of how bad I felt but I did it! Within the first two weeks, I noticed a 95% difference in my symptoms and was up walking!

The nurses here are nothing short of amazing! My experience here is one to remember and definitely helped change my perspective, considering I was given a death sentence of 6 months to live by my oncologist at home. Dr. Payan and his staff changed my life forever and really helped me see that I can get through anything. The food is also super amazing and I’m going home with some recipes! Everyone here treats you like family, and I felt loved from day 1. No matter what we needed, it was provided for us and with absolute love! I can’t wait to revisit in 6 months! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to heal physically and change their mental.

Cancer is not a death sentence and detoxing here has been a blessing! I wish there were centers like this in the USA! I can’t wait to continue my detox at home and heal completely!
While the trip went by way too fast, they were incredible. They are truly amazing and considered family. Mental Health is their top priority and that means the world to me. The detox was much needed and I’m so happy. The food was amazing and Alma took us around to some restaurants and stores. She always feels like home! Sad to leave but it’s a “i’ll see you later” i’ll never say goodbye to them!

I received the Bone Marrow Stem Cell Transplant, Dendritic Cell immunotherapy, and other advanced treatments like Hyperbaric Chamber (ozone), ozone treatments, I.V.'s, and Hyperthermia at CMN Hospital. Unlike in the U.S., CMN doesn't rely on chemo, I.P.T. or oral chemo drugs for Alternative Cancer Treatment. The hope and love I felt at CMN were invaluable to me. Being in a safe little town like San Luis Sonora, I felt secure and content throughout my stay. Even after 2.5 years, Dr. Payan continues to guide and support me through monthly video calls. CMN Hospital has truly transformed my life. Their advanced treatments, coupled with their belief in God and holistic healing, have made all the difference. Plus, I recently had my 6th ALL CLEAR scan! Dr. Payan is truly exceptional, and I highly recommend CMN Hospital.

Diagnosis Neurological Lyme Disease

Prior Treatment to CMN Biological therapy

It has been exactly a year since I received treatment at CMN Hospital. As such, I feel that my review serves as a solid reference for those seeking a treatment facility. Instead of rushing to write it immediately, I wanted to take the time to provide an honest assessment of this establishment.

Upon arriving in Mexico, the process was seamless. A CMN representative greeted me right outside the Yuma terminal in a clean, brand-new vehicle. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she made the journey to the hospital effortless. Crossing the border was a breeze thanks to their fast access pass exclusively for patients.

CMN, located in a small and charming town, immediately captured my heart with its serene and tranquil surroundings. The facility itself had a cozy outdoor patio where patients could relax during their stay. As I made my way upstairs, I found myself in a dedicated wing for patients like me, offering seclusion and utmost comfort. My private suite had  a personal TV, AC unit, and a fully equipped bathroom, making it a quiet, clean, and comfortable sanctuary.

The CMN staff warmly greeted me, showing kindness and compassion throughout my entire stay. Fluent in both English and Spanish, they effectively communicated every aspect of my treatment and patiently addressed any questions or concerns I had.

The first week presented some challenges. I harbored doubts and found it difficult to be in the right frame of mind. After years of battling an illness, I had become bitter and felt that hope was dwindling. Moreover, as the treatment commenced, I experienced flare-ups, migraines, and general malaise. However, I understood that these were signs of my body responding to the treatment, so I practiced patience. The staff did everything possible to ensure my comfort during this time, offering round-the-clock support.

Moving into the second week, I began to feel a significant improvement. My energy levels increased, and I actively participated in group therapy and individual sessions to address my mental well-being. CMN's holistic approach emphasizes the healing of the mind, body, and soul.

The daily routine, starting at 7 am and lasting until 8 or 9 pm, left no room for breaks. This dedication to healing resonated with me as it aligned with the purpose of being there. The meals were exceptional, freshly prepared daily, and tailored to individual preferences while maintaining a focus on healthy eating. I truly felt like I was at a 5-star resort, both in terms of treatment and nourishment.

During my downtime, I would frequent the community room, which offered a comfortable couch, art therapy, yoga, a small exercise section, and a television. Some days, I would immerse myself in painting, while other days I would practice yoga or ride the stationary bicycle.

Throughout the weekdays, I had the privilege of being visited by Dr. Payan, a compassionate and dedicated individual. He patiently explained the next steps in my treatment, answered my questions, interpreted lab results, and was open to conducting additional tests to alleviate any doubts. On weekends and during the night, Dr. Garcia attended to my needs with equal care and expertise.

Having a holistic and natural approach to healing, I appreciated how CMN respected my practices. Once, I woke up with an excruciating migraine, and despite my preference for holistic remedies, the pain became unbearable. The nurse promptly entered my room and offered painkillers. I explained my preference but agreed to a minimal dosage considering the severity of the pain. The nurse had no issue accommodating my request and administered the medicine intravenously.

I sought treatment at CMN Hospital for neurological Lyme Disease after trying various protocols, herbs, and Western medicine options. While some treatments provided temporary relief, the disease always found its way back into my life after a few weeks. I had spent a considerable amount of money chasing a cure, hope, and wellness. In retrospect, I wish I had made the decision to go to CMN sooner. Over a year has passed since then, and I have not experienced any flare-ups. Perhaps I am in remission, or perhaps I achieved exactly what I set out to do - rid myself of the dis-ease and truly heal. CMN Hospital played an integral role in this journey, as every treatment proved beneficial and their gentle, kind approach worked wonders.

While at CMN, the number of patients never exceeded eight. I had the opportunity to meet an incredible woman from the Netherlands who was fighting cancer, as well as two other women from the United States in similar battles.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention the amazing staff members who contributed to my healing journey. Raquel and Celia took care of cleaning, America and Rosa handled laundry, and Carmen, Elena, and Nadia worked tirelessly in the kitchen. Additionally, the nurse crew including Itzel, Karen, Marixa, Ishmel, Alma, Carlos, Erika, and Luis provided exceptional care.

Allow me to conclude this review with my favorite quote from the father of medicine, Hippocrates: "If someone wishes for good health, one must first ask oneself if he is ready to do away with the reasons for his illness. Only then is it possible to help him."

If you are struggling with the decision to seek treatment at CMN, please reach out to me via email. I am here to assist you in determining if this is the right facility for your needs. Feel free to contact me at alivewithlyme@gmail.com. I will always make time for you. Remember, regardless of the disease we face, it all begins with our immune system and blood, which is precisely what CMN focuses on during our time there.

Diagnosis Stage 4 Cervical Cancer

Prior Treatment to CMN Chemotherapy

I’m from The Netherlands and I travelled alone.
They picked me up from the hotel in Yuma. Arriving at the hospital 26 August 2019, treatment started immediately, 28 days in a row.
Very friendly, compassionate and professional
If the treatment worked, time will tell. When I went there I had no cancer activity, still not.
If you want to read my full story, you can find me on Facebook as Jolanda Trendafilosofa.

*Other improvements:
My tinnitus (ears) disappeared. I feel better overall. Not sensitive to vibrations and noises anymore. I did not always feel well when I was at the hospital; even when I got home, it took me weeks, but I do feel good now. I am very sensitive to treatments.

Diagnosis Stage 4 Breast Cancer

Prior Treatment to CMN Chemotherapy

We are absolutely amazed. You're probably in the same situation as us, wondering what the right decision is. Well, here it is.

Let me share our story briefly. My wife has been battling stage 4 breast cancer for the past 9 years. She has undergone numerous surgeries, rounds of chemotherapy, and radiation treatments. Starting from August 2018, she had radiation treatment twice, and she was prescribed four different chemotherapy drugs. In April 2019, her oncologist put her on an immunotherapy drug called Keytruda. Unfortunately, nothing seemed to be helping, and her condition was deteriorating. By the time we went to CMN Hospital, she could barely walk without a cane, had lost over 20 pounds, and had completely lost her appetite. Even a short walk of more than 30 minutes would exhaust her, forcing her back to bed.

On August 22, 2019, we arrived at CMN Hospital in Mexico, after having a Skype consultation with Dr. Payan a few days prior. After extensive research, we were confident that this was the ideal place for us. Unlike other facilities we had considered, CMN Hospital is a fully-fledged medical institution, not just a clinic. Our initial impression was the impeccable cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted at Yuma Airport in Arizona, along with another family, and promptly began our treatments upon arrival. The treatments were rigorous, lasting from 7 am until 6 pm or even later. There was a variety of treatments, but let me share this remarkable experience: two days after our arrival, on Saturday, my wife amazed us by walking the entire day without her cane. Initially, one might consider it a mere coincidence, but now, more than 30 days later, she continues to navigate without her cane. Her appetite has returned, and she is relishing in the delicious, freshly-prepared meals offered at the hospital.

During your stay, you will have your own private quarters. Your room is cleaned twice a day. The whole place shines. People don't stop cleaning there. Laundry is done anytime you ask. Its full service. You got nothing to think about, but to get well. We made lots of new friends. They all care for you. For you to get well. Very important -NO POISON HERE. ALL NATURAL AND ALTERNATIVE CARE. AND IT WORKS.
We will continue the the program at home. It’s a long road ahead ,but honestly we couldn't believe what was done in a short period here, that our highly paid oncologist couldn't do for years.
Believe it will happen!

Diagnosis Breast Cancer/Immune Disorder

Prior Treatment to CMN None

My expectations were very high going into this hospital, the reason being I had a special family member who was treated there and they were stage 4. It was everywhere. It's been 3 years for me with no chemo or radiation. I had made up my mind that that would be my absolute last resort if I became desperate. I arrived via Yuma, AZ. I stayed at the Holiday Inn by the airport where I was picked up via a medical shuttle van. The woman was very kind and energetic. They helped me with my luggage while I sat in the lobby. The woman explained to me how everything was supposed to work, what treatments I was to do each day and answered any questions. As soon as we crossed over the border it was just minutes to the hospital. This place has a fully staffed hospital radiology facility for ct scans etc. They had operation theaters (rooms) and and had an ER room, a pharmacy, kitchen, dental office etc. There was a beautiful chapel inside and i passed a nursery as well. As soon as I was signed in. I was brought to my room which was lit with warm lights, had a soothing ambiance and staff that was friendly. I was was told it was time to get started on my treatment.
I met Dr. Payan a couple hours later and he was funny and sweet. He had such a positive attitude and never seemed worried about my condition. It was as if he knew I would be fine.. The rest of the assistant physicians and nurses I learned their names, and they learned mine. I brought my daughter with me. She stayed in a bed just like mine and ate all of the organic foods and was encouraged to drink tons of water . That was one thing I noticed that was different than other hospitals, they brought water bottles to me throughout the day and they wanted US DRINKING. There was a shuttle that took me shopping or out to eat at a Mexican restaurant when I was feeling good. I was there for 28 days. I had the bone marrow stem cell therapy, ozone therapy, and so many other treatments including snacks from the kitchen. I left with 3 months supply of treatments to take with me. In my life, I have never been treated so special with such gentle loving care. I have phone numbers and emails to contact the staff and I know if my family ever gets cancer or a serious illness or disease that we will go to this hospital.

I was very pleased with the care that I received at cmn hospital the staff was wonderful and the food was outstanding. And I guess what stood out to me the most is not only my care it's the way that they treated my wife who is totally blind and was very scared about going Mexico. But after a few days she realized there's not a hospital in America that would have made her any more comfortable then she was there. And by the way she was impressed they would come in three times a day and clean our room and before anyone ever entered they would always touch her and let her know what they was doing. I cannot thank Dr. Payan and his team enough for the care me and my wife received

Prior Treatment to CMN Radiation

An Experience like no other!

From the day we were picked up to the time we were dropped off at the airport, we were treated like familia. I was treated like I mattered, that my life was important, my opinion was important, no matter what question I had or if there was something extra I needed, it always provided. All the staff at CMN from grounds keeper to nurses, doctors etc. are rockstars, even though I live far away I will be taking them home with me in my heart and they are my family now. I can not stress enough how important it is for the mind and heart to be treated the way I was treated at CMN, I feel it was just as important as the treatments….CMN 1 million percent provides the full circle of treatment needed to heal.
Treatments - there is a full spectrum of treatments and completed everyday, 7 days a week, it is a full day. From the first week to the last week I can’t explain in words but I feel better. Nothing is 100% guaranteed, but I know I will never regret my decision coming to CMN. I know what the outcome is with conventional treatment, I had nothing to lose to treat my body in order for my body to do what it is suppose to.

Diagnosis Breast Cancer Stage 4

Prior Treatments to CMNChemotherapy

There are additional cancer butt-kicking tools in my arsenal thanks to CMN Alternative Cancer Hospital! Whether people choose to do a little chemo, no chemo, or a mix of both chemo and integrative- it’s also important to support your body through the therapies provided by CMN to have a stronger immune system and better outcomes with the rest of your therapies. CMN took great care of me from meals, to outings, to recreational options, to laundry, to making sure I rest as a patient

Diagnosis Stage 4 Breast Cancer

Prior Treatment to CMN Chemotherapy

Im in my last week of treatment at CMN. The staff has been amazing. I can tell that they truly care. The hospital is extremely clean. Alma took me on regular outings. They used every day that I was here (even weekends). No coronovirus patients are treated atthis hospital. The town is small and safe. I was on 4 reflux meds per day when I arrived, as well as tramadol arou the clock for pain. After 3 days I was able to stop reflux meds and stopped pain meds after a week. There was no pressure to stop any meds. Labs were checked regularly and any issues that came up were treated (I had a uti that was able to be treated before synptoms started.) Dr Payan is incredible and is not afraid to be asked why he does things the way he does. Hes very competant , encouraging, and has scientific reasons for his method

Diagnosis Stage 4 Breast Cancer

Prior Treatments BeforeCMN Chemotherapy

I was in very poor condition upon arrival but made good progress within a couple weeks. Continued improvement upon return home with good overall improvement with the cancer. Better overall care than I received in the US. Very competent and caring staff. Returned a year later for follow up bc of the impressive care I received. Highly recommend. When I arrived given 3 months to live from US doctors. Never lose hope.Dr. Payan and his team gave me new perspectives and their love and faith was transparent.
