Where are your patient testimony videos of success?
CMN Hospital Alternative Cancer Treatment does not post videos of any patients ever! Our physicians adhere to the
ethics and the promise we made when we took the Hippocratic Oath. An excerpt

We want our patients "always to feel comfortable" and would never
approach any patient for website marketing.
Q. Why are many of these treatments not in U.S. Hospitals?
A. Many of CMN’s advanced treatments are proven to be very effective
but not made available to other countries. Advanced Cancer treatments include
Bone Marrow Stem Cell Therapy and
Dendritic Cell Therapy They are only a fraction of the cost in the U.S Alternative therapies
such as B-17 I.V. (Laetrile) which is not FDA approved have been proven
to destroy cancer cells.
Q. What is CMN Hospital
A. CMN Hospital is a full-service, privately owned hospital which maintains
a full-time staff of doctors, specialists, surgeons, RN’s and various
healthcare workers whose job is to make “your visit as comfortable
and productive” as possible. In-hospital facilities include an Emergency
Room, ICU, operating rooms, Labor and Delivery, Radiology, Pharmacy and
Chapel. CMN Hospital is just 14 blocks from the San Luis, AZ border. Please

Q. What should I pack?
A. Comfortable clothing, footwear, laptop, DVD’s and favorite toiletries,
Hairdryer, etc. Staff will do laundry so pack light. You will need to
wear cotton in the hyperbaric chamber, and no jewelry or metal is allowed
in the chamber . We provide you with cotton hospital gowns as well. Free
laundry service for you and your companion, so pack light.
Q. May I bring a family member or caregiver?
A. It is encouraged for you to have a companion stay as part of your healing.
They are your support. It is not mandatory. Some patients want to get
away from everyone to have alone time. We provide an extra bed in your
hospital room for your companion. Let us know in advance who your companion
is and we can make arrangements. They will be served healthy meals and
snacks at no extra cost
Q. How are my hospital room accommodations?
A. Your room is very comfortable & private. Each room has a remote temperature
control for your comfort. Each room has a bathroom and shower. There is
a TV/DVD Player, WI-Fi, phone and US/Canada electrical receptacles/outlets
small refrigerator, coffee maker upon request. A sofa love seat, recliner
and a bed for your companion. Your comfort is important, so please inform
us what will help make your feel more at home.
Q. What kind of food
A. Healthy balanced diet. A dietician will discuss your food allergies and
we do not serve beef/dairy/sugar or gluten. Most food is organic. There
are hundreds of anti-cancer diets and each patient is unique and usually
trying something they believe is the best in fighting cancer. You will
have three healthy meals and healthy snacks each day
Q. Is there a hotel recommendation in Yuma if I fly in a day early?

your admittance around 11:00 AM PDT.
Q. Where do Patients fly
Yuma AZ International Airport Yuma Airport is a very small airport they
received an award this year 2015! It is very easy for patients and medical
team to connect with each other as soon as the patient has walked into
the airport. The medical team will be there waiting with a CMN Sign. You
should schedule your flight to arrive between 10 am and 12:00 noon Monday
for the medical team to pick you up. Please email your flight itinerary
to your patient care coordinator.

Q. Can I meet the medical team and park my car somewhere in Yuma for the
entire time I am at the hospital?
A. Yes. Yuma Airport is a great meetup at 11:00 . It is $8.00 a day for

Q. Is there a dentist at the hospital to remove amalgam fillings or gutta
percha from root my root canals?
A. Yes! We can set up an appointment while you are at the hospital for our
dental surgeon to discuss this. You can get your teeth cleaned as well.
The dental surgeon’s office is at the hospital and can visit you
during your stay.
Q. Do I need to bring additional money?
A. If you like to shop or go see a movie, visit one of our wonderful spas
then you may want to bring money! There is a money exchange just a block
from the hospital and nearly every business establishment accepts US currency.
Ask the staff in advance if you would like a ride to a movie or a restaurant
to change up the day. The staff will be happy to do all they can to accommodate
and plan for you.
Q. Who will pick me up from Yuma Airport?
A. Our medical team will have arranged to pick you up and bring you straight
to CMN Hospital for admittance. It takes approximately thirty minutes
to get to CMN Hospital in San Luis, Sonora Mexico
Q. When do I book my return Flight?
A. Book your return flight for the day after” your “last day
of treatment ”. This means your flight home is always on “the
same weekday ” you started treatment (Monday or Wednesday) Please
book departure Yuma AZ around 12 Noon or later to give the medical team
ample time to get you to the airport. You’ll be discharged from
CMN the following day after your last treatment day. The medical team
will give you and your companion a ride to the Airport.
Q. What happens when I go home?
A. Once you are discharged from the hospital you may feel a little anxiety
because you have had weeks of good around the clock care. This is normal
and there are ways to stay connected with your doctor through email and
Skype. It is important for you to follow your discharge instructions and
take your prescribed aftercare therapies.
Q. How will I stay in contact with my doctor in Mexico?
A. Monthly follow-up Skype video calls. Call or email your patient care
coordinator and make an appointment to speak with Dr. Payan.*** If the call is urgent, do not wait, email your patient care coordinator
immediately and schedule sooner.
